In 2023 we held our first Summer of Cycling program. It was a great opportunity for young people to try sports cycling. We are please to announce that British Cycling have chosen us to host another Summer of Cycling program this year.
This year we are hosting Summer of Cycling again. We plan to introduce young riders to many different skills in riding. You can attend any course or all of them.

Our group games and friendly coaching helps young riders build their confidence on a bicycle.

Being able to lean into a turn, control your speed and navigate an obstacle all at the same time. Slalom is a simple but effective training tool as well as being a great challenge for young riders.

Whilst a little scary at first, we find that riders can master the ramps easily, learning how to control and land their bikes.

Ride across the bridge. Looks simple, but can you do it without hitting the sides?

Riding with one hand is a very important part of learning to cycle. To signal direction change, or hydrate on the go, being able to ride one handed is essential. We do games like bottle drop to help master the skill.

One of our favourite games, limbo. Riders have so see how low they can go to cycle through successfully.
